Affordability & Accountability
City Hall should show what it did with your money before asking for more. And buying a home or running a shop here shouldn’t cost you months of waiting and thousands in fees.
Public Spaces & Infrastructure
This is the youngest ward in Toronto and almost nobody here has a backyard. Parks, courts and open space are where we actually live.
Community Wellbeing
Getting people off the street and into homes, repairing the social housing sitting empty, and counselling people can actually afford.
A neighbour who shows up. A builder who follows through.
Aanchal Vash is a mental health advocate, entrepreneur, and founder of Reach Out Together, a nonprofit that has supported thousands of people, all without her drawing a salary. She has spent ten years doing street outreach with unhoused neighbours in this ward and housing immigrant families through the real estate company she built after her own period of housing insecurity.
Showing up for people has been her whole career.
